    Meditation to see Your Past Lives~

    Lay down in a comfy spot and prop your head on a pillow. Make sure to
    be wearing socks and preferably long pants (sweat pants work well).
    Remember this journey takes time and concentration. Rushing will only
    succeed in getting you frustrated!
    Begin taking deep even breaths
    Keep doing so until you feel the tension ease out of your body
    Visualize (remember with meditation visualization is the key)
    See yourself as you are today, what you look like, what you do, your
    family, everything
    about how you are right now
    Focus
    Take yourself back five years and repeat the above steps
    Keep going back five years of your life, for example if you are 30 you
    will begin visualizing yourself as you are now at 30, then you will
    take yourself back to 25 and so on...You will keep doing this until
    you see yourself as an infant
    >From there you will become a bright, shining orb of energy (color does
    not matter)
    You will come to a hallway filled with many doors. You will pass down
    this hallway until you come to a door that draws you in. There you
    will see your Guide (they are not always right at the doorway,
    sometimes they are further in). From there the journey is yours! Good
